The IET Strategy for the 21st Century
The Strategy states what the IET intends to achieve and outlines how it will be delivered over the next three years (2010-2012).
The Strategy outlines how the IET will:
- use the Global Agenda to demonstrate that engineering, technology and the IET are relevant in the 21st century;
- focus on a small number of sectors to ensure that we provide a truly compelling offering;
- provide valuable, user-friendly online community tools to enable engineers and technologists to create their own communities;
- make the IET a home for life for the engineering and technology community, and
- ensure that we have the digital capability to deliver the strategy.
