Philip (Phil) D. Mann - Vice President – International. Symmetricom. Mr. Mann joined Symmetricom in April 1993 as Product Manager and has served as VP in marketing, sales, and GM positions since 2000 for many of the companies precision synchronization and time businesses. Appointed 2004 VP Europe, Middle East, and Africa he leads a team of sales, marketing, and R&D providing Symmetricom’s key technology solutions to telecom, instrument, and enterprise markets. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Mann spent four years in research and development for a leading telecommunications manufacturer, Nortel, where he designed the company’s synchronization test sets and methodologies for several network technologies. Mr. Mann holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, Canada.
